Investigation

My investigative services are provided exclusively through attorneys. I perform investigative work for attorneys under the attorney’s bar card and sponsorship and do not offer private investigator services directly to the general public. An attorney must be involved and sponsor the investigation, whether the matter involves a criminal or civil case.

Working at the direction of counsel, I conduct detailed investigative research to help uncover and verify the facts that matter to a case. This may include criminal and civil records, employment and residence history, and other relevant records specific to the matter. Findings are organized clearly and professionally to help attorneys and their clients make informed decisions and prepare for legal proceedings.

When circumstances require fieldwork, I provide Surveillance Operations under attorney direction. This may include discreet, lawful observation and documentation supported by photographs, video, and time-stamped notes. Surveillance can be useful in matters involving domestic disputes, child custody, workplace concerns, property issues, and other civil or criminal investigations.

I also conduct Witness Interviews as part of attorney-sponsored investigations. With decades of experience interviewing victims, suspects, and witnesses, I know how to obtain and document relevant information carefully and professionally. Interviews can help attorneys develop facts, evaluate testimony, and prepare for civil or criminal proceedings.

Every investigation is handled discreetly, professionally, and within the scope of applicable Arizona law. From the initial consultation through the final report, I work directly with the sponsoring attorney and provide investigative findings that can support the attorney’s legal strategy and the needs of the case.
